What is your return policy?

We offer 100% refund for products delivered in the UK as soon as you send them back to us, which you can do for free!
Clothes that were purchased and delivered outside the UK are refundable if you pay the cost of shipping it back to us.

How much do you charge for UK delivery?

Delivery within the UK is completely free!

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

The cost would depend on where you are. Delivery cost is added automatically based on your delivery address and you can see it during the Checkout.

What happens if there has been a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged or lost delivery)

In case your order has been damaged, we would be happy to give you a full refund if you ship it back to us (free for UK deliveries). Simply contact us and we will process your request as soon as possible!
